Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and size of your order.

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Note: During warmer months, we recommend choosing faster shipping options for any soft or perishable items.

Returns & Exchanges
Because we sell edible products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll happily issue a refund, replace the item, or offer store credit—whichever you prefer.

Photos of damaged goods may be required for replacement/refund.
Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it as long as it hasn’t shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
